3822890 - Can a field be added only in the mobile app?

I have a few users using the mobile app and I would like to know if the Job number field can be added only in the mobile app.

Expense > Mobile - Expense

Concur Expense all versions ; Concur Invoice all versions ; Concur Travel all versions

I would like to know if a field can be added only in the mobile app , KBA , CON-CA-ADM-AUA-MMS , Manage Mobile Sign-On , Problem
