3822902 - Why can't I see VAT information in Amex Statements?

The user was not able to get VAT information on their Amex statements even though they purchase the Eurowings flight with I-BTA. 
 

• AMEX I-BTA Support for Eurowings via Travelfusion:

AMEX I-BTA (Invoice Business Travel Account) is a special version of BTA that allows VAT reclaim in Germany. Amex has given this VAT reclaim function the marketing name I-BTA. If an Amex BTA card is used e.g. for a Eurowings booking (within Domestic Germany route) the client can use the Amex credit card statement for VAT reclaim with German financial authorities.
