If there are multiple tax conditions, in which order are they processed?

Example:
Suppose you have a report like the following:
　VAT Rate: 10%
　Checkbox: Yes (Checked)

You have set up the following conditions under Tax Condition:
　Condition A: VAT Rate is equal to 10%
　Condition B: VAT Rate is equal to 10% and Checkbox is equal to Yes
