Within SAP Concur, the Engagement Search connector gathers the search criteria from the End User and forward this information to the Engagement Search Service hosted in BTP by the SAP IBSO team.
The search results are then returned by Engagement Search Service (IBSO Team) to SAP Concur, which are displayed in SAP Concur screen.
