3823042 - Error Code: 8004 ; Error Message: One of the value in connected list item is invalid.

Symptom

I am having issues importing the PO file. in the column headed Custom 1 I have put the department CSS GEMS however when doing the import it throws out an error that it is invalid, can you please help identify what needs to be populated in the custom 1 column of the PO import file template.
