When booking GDS AIR via SAP Concur Travel after selection of the flights, I am on the Trip Summary page of Review and Reserve Flight. After selection of the seats I can see that the Total Estimated Cost does not include the seat cost. It only includes the AirFare, Taxes and Fees.
