Symptom

Upon importing a 320 employee import file, I received an error:
"An Unexpected Error occurred attempting to save UserProfile information for the employee with EmployeeId= [XXXXX]. The following details should be communicated to Concur Client Support. Details: CONFLICT. User with the given username already exists."
How can I solve this error?
