3823186 - Can I attach a cancelled Request to an Expense Report?

I would like to attach a cancelled Request to an expense report, because I still made some expenses. I was wondering if this is possible?

Expense > Workflow/Audit Rules

Concur Expense all versions ; Concur Request all versions
