SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
A user submitted a Request, but the approver never approved it. When I was checking the approver's profile, I couldn't find it in the user administration. Yet, the approver is assigned as the default approver to the user who submitted the Request? What is the reason for this and how can it be fixed?
