3823216 - Why do we have 4 request workflows (e.g. Not Integrated with Travel) that are not used in our system?

Symptom

I noticed that we have the below 4 request workflows in our system. They are not used by any user group or policy. May I know why they are there?

  • Approve then Book (request segments NOT updated after trip booking)
  • Approve then Book (request segments updated after trip booking)
  • Book then Approve w Offline PNR Updates
  • Not Integrated with Travel
