Why am I receiving the warning "The value X9X9X9X9 is not allowed for the role code REQ_MANAGER" in the Employee Import?

Expense > Jobs Import

Concur Expense all versions

Invalid value is entered for the specified role in the employee import file , KBA , CON-CA-TLS-IEM , Import / Extract Monitor , Problem
