3823392 - Why are we not able to assign Expense processor(audit) permission to the user?

I'm trying to add the Expense Processor (Audit) to the user but it won’t save in the permissions. Why?

Expense > Permissions

Concur Expense all versions

Expense processor(Audit) role cannot be saved to the user , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
