3823408 - Why cannot I configure Attendee Title field to copy down a Text Data Type custom field in employee form?

Symptom

I'm trying to configure the Attendee Title field in the Attendee Form to copy down from a Text Data Type Custom Field in the Employee form. However, I can only select fields from the Employee form which have data type List, but the Attendee Title uses Data Type Text.
