3823442 - Why are we getting an error "Logical system is used by another system" with my SAP ICS Connection

I am getting an error in our SAP system in CTE_SETUP when going to System > Change Connection: "Logical system name is used by another system. Please use a unique one.".

Clients frequently replicate their live SAP systems to refresh their test environments or conduct specific tests. However, they may not realize that these system copies can significantly affect or disrupt their Concur integration in the production system. Depending on the replication process, RFC destination entries might also be copied, resulting in a working connection appearing in CTE_SETUP of the newly copied SAP system without intentionally creating a new connection. Additionally, an entry in CTE_SETUP can exist even if the RFC destination was not copied, such as when CTE tables were copied.
