The tokens used to establish the connection with a client's NetSuite instance expiring. When that happens it breaks the connection with the connector until the tokens are refreshed and updated in our system. Until the tokens (Consumer Key/Secret, Token ID/Secret) are sent to us and re-entered in the Open Connectors instance and SOAP credentials the connector will not be able to import any reports.
