3823521 - Why are the Amount Total and Requested Total not calculating all the amounts on the itemized expense type?

I have a user who had a Hotel itemization that did not balance. However the totals at the bottom of the expense report matched.

Expense > Report Creation / Returned

Concur Expense all versions

Amount Total and Requested Total not including the parent expense amount. , KBA , CON-EXP-ADM-EXT , Expense Types , Problem
