3823548 - Why do I get an error message on the last page of the downloaded PDF?

I get the following error message on the last page of the downloaded PDF:
"The receipt images exceed the file size limit (25 MB) and could not be included. Most email systems have
restrictions on the size of attachments that are allowed, and this is the limit used by Concur. Image sizes can be reduced by saving the file in a different format or rescanning the file at 300 dpi or lower"



Why is this? What should I do?
