3823598 - How can I access test transactions with the ERROR: "Card card for card holder XXXX could not be assigned to an employee because the employee test flag differs from the credit card test flag" ?

When attempting to import test card transactions, the transactions are not imported, and the following message is displayed:
 

"Card account for cardholder XXXX could not be assigned to an employee because the employee test flag differs from the credit card test flag."
