SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3823660 - Error in logs: "18|Presentation|Serializing/Deserializing error: [type = DataElement] [name = freeText] [Error = Wrong data format (an, n, etc)]"

Symptom

When I save the Traveler Profile I see a generic error starting with
"Concur saved your profile to the database but was unable to save it to the reservation system..."

In GDS logs the following error can be found:

"18|Presentation|Serializing/Deserializing error: [type = DataElement] [name = freeText] [Error = Wrong data format (an, n, etc)]"
