According to the December 2025 Release Notes for Concur Request, if no allowances have been added to a request, the Manually create travel allowance checkbox will be displayed by default.
To access the Automatically create travel allowance checkbox, the Travel Allowance Service must be enabled for the user, and the request should contain the necessary information—locations, as well as start and end dates and times.
