3823723 - How can we build a rule to be applied to the various rail providers that return via SNCF?

I would like to build a few rules for different reasons to be applied toward the various rail providers that return withing SNCF. As one example, we would like to build a rule to prevent booking multi rail providers as SNCF + Eurostar or SNCF + Thalys or Thalys + Eurostar.
