3823781 - The company portal link (or user’s bookmarked link) and/or the email link to an expense report no longer take me to Expense home page

Symptom

We noticed that after May 2021 our links for Single Sign-On (SSO) on the company portal or in bookmarks no longer redirect us to the SAP Concur Expense home page. Additionally, our links on email notifications are not working too.
