3823793 - How can I see who made changes in expense type Hotel?

When trying to submit an expense type Hotel I received the following error message "This expense type is not available to use in an itemized entry. Please change the expense type." As it turns out there was a mistake in the expense type settings which is now fixed. We want to know if it is possible to find out who made the change.
