3823839 - Why do I need to fill the Locale column in the User Import file?

Symptom

I tried to import users using the User Import file located in Administration > Company > Company Admin > User Administration > Import Users, however, I got the error message: 'A value is missing for Column Locale.'

How do I know what information I should fill in the Locale column?
