3823871 - MS Azure SSO Errors: AADSTS750054 and AADSTS20012

I am receiving one of the following error messages when trying to sign into or out of SAP Concur:

AADSTS20012: An error occurred when we tried to process a WS-Federation message. The message was invalid.
AADSTS750054: SAMLRequest or SAMLResponse must be present as query string parameters in HTTP request for SAML Redirect binding.
