3823968 - How can I upload an image to an expense entry when the file size is over 15MB?

Our users would take photos of the receipt with their mobile phone, and sometimes, the file size of the image would be over 15MB, as a result, when users try uploading them to Concur expense, errors would be expected indicating that "The following files exceed the size limit (5MB)".
