SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
On the Routing Hierarchy mapping list, I found there are double values of Entities, not sure if it's because of configurations behind. I've imported the Hierarchy mapping file to change the invoice owner, it seems I can update only one value of the entity not 2 of them. Could you kindly check and advise how I can update them properly, please?
