3823991 - Why are the vendor fields garbled in the VISA data imported on March 4, 2026?

2-byte characters in the VISA data(Vendor information, custom mapped information) imported on March 4, 2026 are garbled.
I propose the following actions based on the steps below. Please refer to the Resolution/Answer for details.

Step 1: Review the corporate card transaction file details in a list and determine whether the data needs to be displayed or hidden.
Step 2-A: If Step 1 determines that action is required, proceed with displaying or hiding the data.
Step 2-B: If Step 1 determines that action is not required, handle the issue on the report side.
