3824054 - Why do we have transactions in Cognos/Accrual Report that are not found in the user's profile?

Symptom

  • We have an accrual report that we run at month end.
  • On this report Expense Accrual -Revised, four charges are showing for the user.
  • When we look on the user's dashboard, there are not any expenses to move to a report.
  • Can you tell us why these are on the accrual report and how we can get rid of them or move them to the user's dashboard?
