3824078 - Why are Agency created PNR's not synched with respective Request ID?

I created a travel Request that the agency successfully received and booked. The issue is that the booked trip is not linked to my Request ID. As a result, my approver cannot proceed with the approval, and the Request remains pending. What could be the reason for this, and are there any steps I can take?
