SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
I have access to one of the user's accounts to be able to view it through the Concur Mobile app. When I go to the history tab on the app, it is blank. I have verified that I have the most recent version of the app as well.
Please advise why the history tab is blank for one or several user(s) on the mobile app.
