3824126 - How can I ensure that an audit rule that applies to, or does not apply to a specific user?

Symptom

We would like to be able to create an Audit Rule to apply to only one specific user, or NOT apply to one specific user. How can we set this up?

Expense/Invoice/Request > Audit Rules

Product

Concur Expense all versions ; Concur Invoice all versions ; Concur Request all versions
