Trying to understand why ‘XXX’ is not loading in Concur. ‘310’ record employee import file has been sent to create a ‘Travel’ profile for the specified Employee ID and it has encountered an error: "Travel information for the employee with employee ID [XXX] cannot be imported. The Expense User role was specified but the employee was not found in the expense system or in a valid 300 record in this import file."

Why Employee ID: "XXX' has encountered an error and profile has not been setup in Concur via employee import? , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
