Symptom

We are receiving an error on our Employee Import Feed and need assistance resolving.

"An Unexpected Error occurred attempting to save Travel information for the employee with EmployeeId= [XXXX]. The following details should be communicated to Concur Client Support. Details: RESULT: Failed User ID: XXXXXX Action: Updated Message:Update user failed. Outtask_Error: Two users at same company cannot have the same Employee ID/EIN. The transaction ended in the trigger. The batch has been aborted."
