3824482 - Error in logs: "INTERNAL ERROR"

Scenario 1:

When booking a trip, the following error message appears right after hitting the Search button starting with:

"Sorry, something went wrong. We have encountered a problem with your travel profile..."

Scenario 2:

When I save the Traveler Profile I see a generic error saying:

"Concur saved your profile to the database but was unable to save it to the reservation system. Please contact SAP Concur support and share the following correlation ID code: XXXXXXXXXXX And here is the request ID code for the error: XXXXXXXXXXX"



In transaction logs one of the following errors is captured:

"727|Application|INTERNAL ERROR"
"INTERNAL ERROR"

When booking any kind of travel. In the GDS logs there is the following: "INTERNAL ERROR" , KBA , CON-CA-USP , User Profile , CON-SRV-TRV-ADM-AMA , Test Amadeus , Problem
