Symptom
When searching for flights (especially trips with multiple segments or busy airports) the Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) limit the number of flight options they return for a single search. If there are more flights available than the system can return, some options will not be included and, as a result, will not appear in Concur.
To make sure the flights you want are shown, it is important to reduce and specify the time window for your search. A narrower time window focuses the search on the period that is most relevant, increasing the chance that the desired flights are included in the results.
In Concur, there are two ways to set a time window. While they may look similar, they behave differently, so it’s important to understand how each option works to get accurate search results.
