3824517 - Why the Administrator not able to find Groups option under User permissions?

When the administrator go to User Permissions > Travel
"Groups" is available in the drop down under Modify Permissions by:

When the admin select a particular permission, it is not showing the Group the permission is assigned to

Expense > Unspecified - Expense

Concur Travel all versions

Group option and details are missing under User permissions. , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
