3824531 - How can I remove the Preferred Name for all the users in my company?

As of May 27th and 28th, 2024, Concur Expense began supporting the Preferred Name field for users submitting expenses. Users can now view the configured Preferred Name for approvers, company travelers, and other elements if the Preferred Name field has been configured for the user.

In this regard, if a user with expense approver permissions has specified a Preferred Name, for example, that name is displayed to users who submit expenses when selecting an approver or viewing the timeline of an expense report. Similarly, if another user in the same company has specified a Preferred Name in Concur Expense, an expense submitter will see that name when searching for a traveler, and when the user has been added as a traveler to an expense.
