3824583 - New Concur Travel - Why do British Airways NDC bookings stay in Released status and not go to the travel agency for ticketing?

Symptom

Travelers booking British Airways NDC flights on Sabre through New Concur Travel could complete their booking without receiving any error messages. However, the trip would not progress through the finishing workflow, meaning it was never queued to the TMC for ticketing. When viewing the trip in the trip list, the booking appeared stuck in "Released" status with no itinerary locator or PNR record locator visible.

In some cases, travelers also encountered the error: *"We are unable to correctly display your itinerary"* when attempting to view or cancel the trip. Segment status showed as "Unknown."

The issue was intermittent — not all BA NDC bookings on Sabre were affected — and was observed across all data centers. Telemetry indicated onset around June 8, 2026, with broad impact across many customers prior to the fix being applied.
