I am attempting to add a loyalty program number to my travel profile. When I enter a loyalty program identifier that contains all or part of my last name, the profile cannot be saved and the following error message appears:

"Your program numbers should not include your last name. Please review the message at the top of the page and correct your entries as necessary"

This can occur when a vendor uses an email address as the loyalty program identifier and the email address includes the traveler's last name.
