3824708 - Why is the 'Send to Excel' In Process Reports page not showing any data?

I am using the filters on the Process Reports page to view all submitted reports by using the search Report Name | Begins With | (space). I am using the Send to Excel link to export them, but there are no results in the file. Only the header row appears and the remaining file is blank.

Client wanted to pull data/reports in the Process Reports page showing all reports submitted using the 'Send to Excel' as opposed on what they have on the analytics reporting tab. , KBA , CON-EXP-EXP , Expenses , Problem
