The customer reported that address information associated with a property is not being populated in the reservation record created in the GDS. While the address details are available within the source property data, they are either missing or incomplete after the reservation is transmitted. The issue requires investigation to determine whether the address information is being passed correctly from the source system, whether any data mapping or synchronization issues exist, or whether system limitations such as field length restrictions are causing the address data to be truncated or omitted from the reservation record.
