3824820 - Why is the old value being copied down into a field?

We have our Expense Report Header Form set up so that the field copies down its value from the Employee Form, and our Expense Entry Form will copy the field value from the Expense Report Header Form. I have updated the value of a field on a User Profile, but when I check this field on the user's Expense Report Header and for the Expense Entries the old value is still present.
