SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
We have a user with a trip that shows as Confirmed instead of Ticketed, this trip was sent through Reporting prior to being Ticketed and is now past date. Is there any way you can manually update the status to "Ticketed" for this trip?
