3824914 - How to fix extract failing due to special characters used in report entry field?

Symptom

The extract from Concur to out ERP is failing due to quotation marks used by an employee in one of the comment fields on the report.
This prevents us from evaluating the data sent to us, as it fails right away due to these double quotes.The expense report is fully approved and I cannot modify it.

How can we fix this?
