3824930 - Why do I face "You are currently not set up to use any Concur products" when I have "Expense Processor (Audit)" role for our site that has enabled Historical Data Services (HDS)?

We have enabled Historical Data Services (HDS) for our site and granted several of our users the permission of "Expense Processor (Audit)". However, when they log into Concur, they see the warning of "You are currently not set up to use any Concur products. Contact your Concur Administrator for assistance." What shall we do?

Why do Audit role users see "not set up to use Concur products" with Historical Data Services enabled? , KBA , CON-CA-CMP-ACP , Administer Company Permissions , Problem
