Symptom

Email reminders are used to remind employees to perform certain actions, such as:

  • Attaching requests to an expense report: A company may want to remind an employee that they have one or more "aged" approved requests that have not yet been associated with an expense report;
  • Approving: A company may want to remind approvers to approve requests that have been in the approval queue for a certain period of time.
