Symptom
When I create a Hotel expense and itemize it, the system automatically generates the Hotel Tax entries with the Travel Allowance proration applied, which is expected.
However, when I manually uncheck the TA checkbox on the Hotel expense, the Hotel Tax entries still show the "over limit" account code. I expected the system to recalculate the Hotel Tax entries automatically after I unchecked the TA checkbox on Hotel, but the "over limit" account code continues to be applied as if Travel Allowance were still active on the Hotel expense.

When a user unchecks the Travel Allowance (TA) checkbox on a Hotel expense, the system may still apply the Hotel Tax "over limit" account code to the associated Hotel Tax entries. This occurs because the Hotel Tax entry retains the previous TA state until it is explicitly resaved. Resaving the Hotel Tax entry after unchecking the TA checkbox on Hotel triggers the system to recalculate correctly. , KBA , CON-EXP-ADM-TA , Travel Allowance , Problem
