3825039 - Error in logs: "BUSINESS FILE DOES NOT EXIST"

When I save the Traveler Profile I see a generic error saying:

"Concur saved your profile to the database but was unable to save it to the reservation system. Please contact SAP Concur and share the following Correlation ID code: XXXXX And here is the request ID code for the error: XXXXX"



In GDS logs the following error can be found:

"BUSINESS FILE DOES NOT EXIST"

I get an error when booking a trip or saving my profile. In GDS logs returned from Galileo/Travelport+ there is the following error captured: "BUSINESS FILE DOES NOT EXIST" , KBA , CON-TRV-ADM-USR-PRO , Profile , CON-CA , Cross Applications , Problem
