Symptom

We are receiving an error on a number of user profiles on the Extract to Travel Job and employee import. The error says Synchronization for user 'XXXXX ' failed. Action: Created . Reason: 'Create user failed. Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'FIRST_NAME', table 'Outtask.dbo.OUTTASK_USER''. How can we correct the error to allow the user access?
